Chelsea's January signing Andrey Santos has been denied work permit in EPL

Andrey Santos, who cost Chelsea £18 million, will not be able to play for the team at the moment. 

It's been gathered that young Brazilian midfielder has being denied a Premier League work permit.

Due to the additional midfielders the Blues have acquired, including those signed later in the January transfer window, Santos only lost out by one point.Santos signed a contract at the beginning of 2023.

The Brazilian midfielder's future plans are unknown, but after a successful stint during the South American U-20 championship, he may return home on loan.
