Following his team's 1-0 victory over Leicester City on Saturday, Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has singled out Leandro Trossard for praise.
At the King Power Stadium against Leicester, Trossard performed admirably, according to Arteta, who also expressed his satisfaction with him.
Gabriel Martinelli scored the game's only goal to help Arsenal defeat the Foxes.
“He [Trossard] did really well. I think he was really good. I think he got involved in many situations that could have ended up in many more big chances,” Arteta said, as quoted by HITC Sport.
“He was involved in the incredible goal that he scored that was disallowed, involved in the goal of Gabi, the pass that he played to him, he’s so good in small spaces, tight spaces, with his creativity to open people up and I am really happy with him.”
