Jack Grealish, a forward for Manchester City, has signed a boot deal with Puma that is the most lucrative boot deal ever made to a player in the Premier League. Grealish left Nike for Puma and now plays for Puma.
Despite having worn Nike boots throughout his career, the superstar of Manchester City will earn a whopping £10 million per year over the next five years after collaborating with the German manufacturers.
It is understood that the American designers were unable to match Puma's exorbitant contract offer, which is the fifth highest in football. With their footwear choices, only Neymar (£23 million/Puma), Lionel Messi (£18 million/Adidas), Cristiano Ronaldo (£15 million/Nike), and Kylian Mbappe (£14 million/Nike) are making more money than Grealish.
To celebrate the new contract, Grealish shared a few pictures on social media of himself wearing Puma gear.
Jack Grealish seems to he played his way back into Pep Guardiola side after he struggled in his first season.
Recall that Jack joined City for £100m from Aston Villa in 2021, winning the Premier League title after beating Aston Villa on last day of the season.
So far this season, the 27 years old has scored 3 goals and created 4 assist in 20 games.
