Manchester City's champions posed for photos and sung their hearts out after running into Elton John during their FA Cup triumph.

After defeating rival Manchester United 2-1 on Saturday at Wembley, Pep Guardiola's team won their second title of the year.

Ilkay Gundogan, a German midfielder, scored twice for the Premier League winners to keep their hopes of a historical Treble alive.

Gundogan, a German midfielder, scored City's first goal in only 12 seconds, which is the fastest goal in FA Cup final history.

However, United was level due to a penalty kick from Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes following a handball ruling on Jack Grealish.

Nevertheless, notwithstanding United's best efforts, Gundogan's second goal of the match with a volley that bobbled into the goal—helped City emerge victorious.

The City team was spotted joking about with John on the airport runway after returning to Manchester following the game in London.

In a video, City players including Kevin De Bruyne, Kyle Walker, and Phil Foden could be seen waiting in line to meet John.

They then gathered for a group photo, with the players and staff smiling beside the singer.

Both John and City manager Pep Guardiola, who could be seen in the distance before joining the cheers, were happy to be a part of the festivities.
