It was learnt that Lionel Messi linked up with the Serbian tennis star in New York city during the week.
Novak Djokovic is currently in USA ahead of the US tennis open, this is the first time he will travel to the states since 2020.
Recall that Novak Djokovic couldn't participate in the US open due to Covid-19 restrictions, given the fact that Djokovic isn't vaccinated.
But the restriction has been remove which now allowed players who aren't vaccinated to travel.
Meanwhile Lionel Messi was also pictured with pictured with Inter Miami owner Jorge Mas (center) during the meeting.
Messi who seems to be enjoying every moment of his new spell in MLS will be preparing for Inter Miami game this weekend.
Inter Miami will travel away at Red Bull Arena against the New York Red Bulls this weekend.
This is the first time that Inter Miami will play their first Major League Soccer match since winning the Leagues Cup last week.
