Altay Bayindir, a goalkeeper from Turkey, was acquired by Manchester United on Friday from Fenerbahce for a reported sum of £4.3 million ($5.3 million).

Altay Bayindir is the first Turkish player to join Manchester United.
With the Premier League team, Bayindir signed a four-year deal with an additional 12-month extension option.
On Sunday against Arsenal, the Turkish goalkeeper is anticipated to be included in the matchday squad.

Following Dean Henderson's transfer to Crystal Palace this week, the 25-year-old will cover for United's starting goalkeeper Andre Onana.
If you remember, Onana joined forces with United manager Erik ten Hag, who had worked with the Cameroonian at Ajax, when he transferred from Inter Milan for £47.2 million.
