The spokesperson of the Delta State Police Command, SP Bright Edafe, has clarified the legal stance regarding the possession of s€x-enhancing drugs. In a recent statement shared on X, Edafe emphasized that it is not considered an offense for individuals to be in possession of such medications.
Legal Status of Sex-Enhancing Drugs
According to Edafe, drugs like Viagra and other similar sex enhancement medications are classified as over-the-counter drugs. As such, possessing them is not deemed illegal under current regulations.

Edafe wrote;‘’Viagra and some other sex enhancement drugs are over the counter drugs and it’s not an offense to be in possession of it. We always enlighten our men but it’s important you know your right too.
