The 26-year-old arrived in Italy on Monday and successfully underwent medical examinations at Rome’s Villa Stuart clinic before signing a five-year contract that runs until June 2030.
Lang made a strong impression during his two seasons at PSV, contributing approximately 11–14 goals and 10–12 assists in the 2024–25 Eredivisie campaign. Known for his dynamic style and creative flair, he became a key figure in the Dutch side’s attacking setup.
A product of the Feyenoord and Ajax youth academies, Lang previously played for FC Twente and Club Brugge—initially on loan, then permanently—before joining PSV in 2023 for an estimated €12.5 million. Internationally, he has earned 14 senior caps for the Netherlands and scored three goals.
Napoli’s coaching staff, led by Antonio Conte, see Lang as a valuable reinforcement for the left wing following the departure of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. He is expected to compete for a starting role alongside players like David Neres as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new Serie A season.
