Zubimendi Clinches Premier League Goal of the Month Award for September 2025, Beating Six Other Contenders

Martin Zubimendi has been awarded the Premier League's Goal of the Month for September 2025, following his exceptional volley in Arsenal's 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest on September 13.

The Spanish midfielder's first-time strike from the edge of the penalty area was a standout moment in the match, showcasing his technical prowess and composure under pressure. 

Zubimendi's goal was part of a brace he scored in that game, marking his first goals for Arsenal since joining from Real Sociedad. His performance not only earned him the Goal of the Month accolade but also highlighted his growing influence in Mikel Arteta's midfield.
